Information can quickly become outdated, especially when you’re working with the real-time AI capabilities that we offer here at Revuze. To that end we’ve created the Revuze Alert system, a new AI-powered feature for our Explorer platform that helps you keep your finger on the pulse of your product and brand.

Today we are proud to release our Revuze Alerts, a new real-time and proactive feature that helps you stay ahead of your competitors.

In short, the Revuze Alert system is designed to allow users to track data and any changes that occur in key areas, whether that be for:

  • Hierarchies
  • Brands
  • Product groups
  • Individual products

This new and exciting feature gives users complete control over what information they track, how they track it, and above all the scale at which they track it.

After all, it’s no use being bombarded by data not relevant to you, right?

Revuze Alerts offers great flexibility; you can be sure that you’re getting the information you need, when you need it.  Not only that, data can be shared with key decision makers as long as they have an account. This ensures the maximum transparency for your brand!

What’s new?

Revuze Alerts is an automatic system that, once activated, will send PDF reports directly to your email inbox. It will look something like this.

Sample Alert Report

The push notifications are sent whenever there’s a change that’s one standard deviation above or below the mean (and the best part is you are in the driver’s seat defining the alert sensitivity). For now, let’s focus on the four main statistics which we can track.

After all, if these aren’t useful to you then the details of the Alert system won’t be relevant.

Insights Alert

We’ll discuss this one first, since it differs slightly from the rest.

The new insights alert is sent at the start of every data refresh like clockwork, and will compare and contrast the data you’re keeping an eye on month-over-month. That means if your dashboard refreshes weekly or monthly you’ll get an accurate snapshot in your inbox.

Beyond market changes, you’ll find key changes that occurred in the past month highlighted. These are based on two key changes to the data our system possesses:

From there, you will be able to see how these changes affect your other statistics. You’ll also find a list of the top ten brands for your particular selection.

These reports are ideal for keeping track of market conditions on a longer-term basis.

What might seem to be an innocuous change one day to the next might actually be a long-term pattern that reveals your competitors’ secret agendas!

Don’t miss out on information that could slip under your radar.

Changes in Sentiment

Sentiment is a key feature used in marketing, as it tracks customer opinions and feelings. It’s a statistic that arises when you analyze the language people use in their reviews and derive their overall feelings from their word choices.

Sentiment Alert

With a sentiment alert you can see when these feelings change, and by delving deeper into the reviews left behind you can see why they changed too.

Is the market changing to accommodate a new release? If so, what was once the standard might fall short of consumer expectations.

Did a political event occur that changed the way consumers approach their purchases? No doubt you’ll see this in their reviews.

In short, you’ll need to keep an eye on consumer feelings and  expectations if you want to stay ahead.

Changes in Star ⭐ Rating

Star rating is a key indicator of consumer sentiment. While simpler to achieve than the full sentiment analysis needed for a Sentiment rating, it nevertheless has more data to draw from.

After all, which is quicker? Typing a lengthy review or simply clicking a number of stars?

The report you’ll receive for changes to star ratings is identical to that of Sentiment, it simply follows a different statistic. Changes are tracked and sent right to your inbox, with links to the dashboard that take you right to the relevant reviews.

Star rating in and of itself is fairly simple, however as it’s much quicker and  easier for customers to leave ratings than reviews you’ll find this statistic changing much quicker.

It’s often said that it takes three weeks for a product to be properly experienced before one can review it in detail. That’s not the case for simply giving a rating out of five, so expect changes in star rating to pre-empt changes in Sentiment.

Recently Added Products

Don’t want to wait a month to find out what new launches happened? You can create an alert that looks at a particular hierarchy or brand and notifies you when a new product launch occurs.

Using the new product alert you can be sure to keep up with the latest entries to your market, foiling your competitors’ attempts to gain a foothold.
