Feature Specific Terms for Vee Chat

These Feature Specific Terms for Vee Chat (the “Feature Specific Terms”) govern Customer’s access to and use of Vee Chat (the “Feature”). By clicking to accept, accessing, or using the Feature, Customer agrees to be bound by these Feature Specific Terms.

1. Nature of the Feature

1.1 This Feature is made available by Company as an “Evaluation Product” as defined pursuant to the Revuze Terms of Service available at: https://www.revuze.it/service-terms/ (the “Agreement”). Capitalized terms used but not defined in these Feature Specific Terms shall have the meanings given to them in the Agreement.

1.2 For the avoidance of doubt, these Feature Specific Terms are supplemental to, and form part of, the Agreement. Accordingly, if Customer is not currently bound by the Agreement, Customer’s access to and use of the Feature constitutes Customer’s acceptance of the Agreement for such purposes. Except as expressly stated otherwise in these Feature Specific Terms, the Agreement remains in full force and effect and applies to the Feature.

1.3 To the extent of any conflict or inconsistency between these Feature Specific Terms and the Agreement, these Feature Specific Terms will prevail solely with respect to the Feature.

2. Evaluation Use Only

2.1 The Feature is provided on a limited, temporary, evaluation basis only, for Customer’s internal evaluation purposes, and not for production, mission-critical, safety-critical, legal, regulatory, accounting, tax, or other reliance-based use.

2.2 Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Feature may be modified, suspended, restricted, or discontinued at any time, in whole or in part, with or without notice.

2.3 Access to the Feature is permitted only during the trial period communicated by Company or otherwise made available through the Service. Unless Company expressly agrees otherwise in writing, Customer’s right to use the Feature automatically expires at the end of such trial period.

3. No Warranty; Use at Customer’s Risk

3.1 THE FEATURE, AND ALL OUTPUTS, RESPONSES, INSIGHTS, SUGGESTIONS, SUMMARIES, ANALYSES, OR OTHER CONTENT GENERATED, RETURNED, OR MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE FEATURE (“OUTPUTS”), ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITH ALL FAULTS.

3.2 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, AND UNDERTAKINGS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, IN CONNECTION WITH THE FEATURE AND ANY OUTPUTS, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, PERFORMANCE, OR THAT THE FEATURE OR ANY OUTPUTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR MEET CUSTOMER’S REQUIREMENTS.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Company makes no representation or warranty that any Output is accurate, complete, current, correct, unbiased, fit for decision-making, or suitable for Customer’s intended use.

4. Validation of Outputs

4.1 Customer is solely responsible for independently reviewing, validating, and verifying all Outputs before relying on, publishing, sharing, or acting upon them.

4.2 Customer must not rely on the Feature or any Outputs as a substitute for human review, professional judgment, or independent analysis.

4.3 Customer assumes all risks arising from any use of, reliance on, or decisions made based on the Feature or any Outputs.

5. Customer Responsibilities and Restrictions

5.1 Customer will use the Feature only in compliance with the Agreement, these Feature Specific Terms, and applicable Law.

5.2 In addition to (and without limiting) any usage restrictions in the Agreement, Customer will not:

(a) use the Feature for any unlawful, infringing, harmful, deceptive, discriminatory, or abusive purpose;

(b) use the Feature in any manner that could harm Company, the Service, or any third party;

(c) input, submit, or otherwise make available through the Feature any Content that Customer is not authorized to use for such purpose; or

(d) use the Feature in production or in connection with decisions that may materially affect Customer, its personnel, its customers, or any third party, without independent human validation.

6. Data and Monitoring

6.1 Customer acknowledges that use of the Feature may involve the submission and processing of prompts, queries, instructions, feedback, and related data.

6.2 Company may monitor, review, log, analyze, and use Customer’s use of the Feature, related inputs, and Outputs for purposes of operating, providing, securing, maintaining, supporting, enforcing, and improving the Feature and Company’s services, subject to the Agreement.

7. Availability and Changes

7.1 The Feature may have limited functionality and may contain bugs, errors, defects, or other issues.

7.2 Company may add, remove, or change features, functionalities, models, interfaces, limits, and technical requirements at any time without notice.

8. Suspension and Termination

8.1 Company may suspend, limit, or terminate Customer’s access to the Feature at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

8.2 Upon expiration, suspension, or termination of access to the Feature, Customer must immediately cease all access to, and use of, the Feature.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Feature is an Evaluation Product and is subject to the liability exclusions and limitations applicable to Evaluation Products under the Agreement.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable Law, Company shall have no obligation or liability of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the Feature or any Outputs. To the extent applicable Law does not permit a complete exclusion of liability, Company’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Feature, any Outputs, and these Feature Specific Terms shall not exceed Ten US Dollars (US$ 10).

10. Acceptance

By clicking “I Accept”, Customer confirms that it has read, understood, and agrees to these Feature Specific Terms, and acknowledges that the Feature is being provided on a free trial / evaluation basis subject to the disclaimers, restrictions, and limitations set out above.
