Director of Marketing

Position Objective

We are looking for an outstanding Marketing Leader to join our team and shape the growth of one of the most innovative technology companies in the Consumer Insights space.

Responsibilities

  • Build and drive the marketing strategy of Revuze
  • Defining and executing marketing programs for lead generation & customer acquisition. With focus on online marketing programs (organic/paid) and website optimization
  • Manage the marketing budget and measure the success of marketing activities, with metrics such as ROI on campaigns and events, and production of marketing materials
  • Managing our Work efficiently and proficiently with marketing technology and tools
  • Creating the marketing and sales tools to acquire the leads and customers, including content marketing/creation
  • Work closely with the sales team in USA and Israel
  • Leverage marketing platforms to execute, measure, track, analyze & optimize marketing programs and performance.
  • Function as both a leader and doer
  • Manage, hire and nurture in house and outsourced resources

Characteristics of the Target Candidate

  • 4-5 years of experience in SaaS B2B marketing, including demand generation
  • Excellent command of English
  • Independent self-starter and team player who can hit the ground running
  • A willingness to roll up the sleeves and deliver
  • Ability to think tactically and strategically, as well as practically and operationally
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, marketing automation, CRMs
  • Experience working in startup environments with limited resources
  • Strong analytic and quantitative skills & ability to drive actionable insights
  • Bachelor degree required, MBA preferred
  • English – mother tongue level

Technical skills

  • Good understanding of the SaaS industry, as well as proficient at:
  • MS Office
  • CRMs
  • Marketing automation
