POSITION: Senior Account Manager, Enterprise Accounts

Revuze is looking for a commercially driven relationship builder and strategic farmer—a dynamic Senior Account Manager to join us during this exhilarating growth phase. This role is not about new logos; it is laser-focused on nurturing and strategically expanding our most critical enterprise customer relationships.

The ideal candidate is a sales-oriented “farmer” at heart, dedicated to deeply understanding client business objectives and methodically identifying, pipelining, and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You will own the revenue growth and retention strategy for a portfolio of our largest accounts.

KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Account Growth: Proactively identify, qualify, and execute on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your assigned portfolio. Own the full expansion sales cycle from ideation to close to achieve and exceed revenue growth targets.

Revenue & Commercial Management: Lead all commercial activities, including complex negotiations for renewals, upgrades, and contract expansions. You are directly responsible for the Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and overall commercial health of your accounts.

Executive Relationship Building: Develop and maintain deep, strategic relationships with C-level executives, champions, and key stakeholders. Establish yourself as a trusted advisor who aligns Revuze’s platform with their core business objectives.

Strategic Account Planning: Create and execute data-driven, long-term strategic account plans for each customer, outlining key relationships, growth white space, potential risks, and a clear roadmap for revenue expansion and retention.

Performance Metrics & Forecasting: Own and manage an accurate sales forecast for your book of business. Consistently track and report on key account health and growth metrics to the executive team.

Domain Expertise: Leverage proven experience in selling retail technologies to brands and retailers. Any experience in selling Voice of Customer solutions, PIM/PLM, Marketech, or eCom solutions is a significant advantage.
