POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying potential customers, creating business opportunities, and supporting the expansion of our customer base. This role is critical in driving Revuze’s sales pipeline by identifying and engaging potential clients through various outbound and inbound channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct research to identify and generate high-quality leads through outbound prospecting efforts.
  • Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels to introduce Revuze’s solutions.
  • Qualify potential customers and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, tracking lead interactions and pipeline progress.
  • Monitor and follow up with inbound leads from website downloads, webinar attendees, and content engagement to ensure timely and relevant outreach.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to effectively position Revuze’s solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in SaaS, AI, or data-driven solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage prospects and build relationships.
  • A self-starter with a high level of energy, motivation, and resilience.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to work US hours.
  • English- mother tongue level; additional languages are a plus.
