· At least one year of hands-on experience conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis (executive summaries, trend reports, industry deep-dives).

· Experience querying data and modeling it for fast insight access.

· Experience translating research findings into actionable insights to drive marketing strategy and product improvement using creative visualization (graphs, charts, decision trees, process flows).

· High-Level English – verbal, writing, and presentation skills

· Advanced Excel – A Must

· SQL and BI tools – Big Advantage

· CPG Industry Experience – Advantage
