We are a well-founded startup with HQ in Israel and offices in the US. We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to join our team!

Job Summary:

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of strategic high-value accounts, with the primary goal of driving value, renewing contracts, and upselling additional products and services. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of our products and services, and a proven track record of successfully managing and growing large enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management:
    • Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of strategic high-value accounts.
    • Understand each client’s unique needs, challenges, and objectives.
    • Serve as the main point of contact and advocate for the client within the company.
  • Retention and Renewals:
    • Ensure the renewal of contracts and agreements with existing clients.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention rates.
    • Address any issues or concerns that may jeopardize client relationships or renewals.
  • Upselling and Cross-selling:
    • Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services to existing clients.
    • Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop and present upsell proposals.
    • Track and report on upsell and cross-sell activities and results.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop account plans and strategies to maximize the value delivered to clients.
    • Identify growth opportunities within each account and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Customer Advocacy:
    • Act as a strong advocate for clients within the organization.
    • Ensure that client feedback and needs are communicated to relevant teams for product improvement.
    • Work to resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze account data and metrics to assess account health and performance.
    • Provide regular reports to management on the status of accounts, renewals, and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven experience in enterprise account management, with a track record of successfully managing and growing high-value accounts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of the consumer insights industry and our products/services.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and goals.
  • Ability to forecast business
