Fitness Supplements Are Growing Faster
At the category level, both fitness and herbal supplements grew during the measured period, but fitness supplements expanded faster.
Fitness supplements increased from $4.9M to $7.3M, representing approximately 49% growth. Herbal supplements grew from $3.0M to $3.9M, or roughly 30% growth.
This suggests that products tied to specific, performance-oriented outcomes may have an advantage on TikTok Shop. Fitness products can often be explained quickly through goals like energy, protein intake, workout support, strength, or weight management.
Herbal supplements are also growing, but they may require more education because they often sit within broader wellness narratives.
The takeaway: category growth matters, but clear product positioning matters more.
Shop Growth Varies Dramatically
Shop-level performance shows an even wider gap.
Some sellers scaled extremely quickly during the measured period. Yesnap Nature grew from $18.7K to $422.6K, representing approximately 2,160% growth.
Other high-growth shops included:
- Leefar Nutrition Co.: $259.0K to $2.3M, approximately 790% growth
- Archaenon Supplements: $36.8K to $326.2K, approximately 785% growth
- HIILEATHY SHOP: approximately 780% growth
- HIILEATHY Global: approximately 670% growth
Other shops also grew, but more gradually.
This shows that being active in a growing category is not enough. The strongest-performing shops appear to be those that identify products with strong platform fit and scale them quickly once demand starts building.
